Octopus Garden is a self-catering holiday villa situated in Murdock Valley North with breathtaking views of False Bay. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighbourhood with lovely mountain walks or drives from the doorstep. It is just 5 minutes from the beautiful Fishermans beach which is a prime swimming and snorkeling beach very close to where the documentary ‘My Octopus Teacher’ was filmed. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room has a door opening to the swimming pool area. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. Down a few steps is a comfortable lounge area with couches and a flat-screen TV. The lounge opens to a covered sheltered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a braai facility. There is a swimming pool that is set back so is protected from prevailing winds. There is free parking either inside the double garage or on the street in front of the house. The house can be serviced at your request twice a week for an extra fee if required.
